Tim has over twenty years' experience across all disciplines of building design. His career started in architectural and engineering firms before moving to in-house design for various builders. Tim's enthusiasm for client interaction and carrying out projects from start to finish inspired him to open Maxwell Building Design.

Andee spent over seventeen years in the building industry before commencing his drafting career. His thorough knowledge and hands-on experience of construction provide invaluable insight throughout the design and drafting process. Andee loves the challenge of finding creative solutions to fulfil each client's vision. 

Kyle's professional experience includes twelve years maintaining communications infrastructure in both government and private sectors. This diverse experience and attention to detail helped him successfully transition into drafting. Kyle enjoys working with the team to bring clients' ideas to life. 

Ryan is a qualified carpenter and draftsperson. His detailed understanding of construction processes and standards provide a solid foundation for his design skills. Ryan enjoys being a part of the entire building process, from start to finish. 

India has professional experience in education, construction, and vocational training development. She assists with Maxwell Building Design's project management, communication, social media, and general administration.  

Danette is a founding member of Maxwell Building Design and has provided administration support since its inception. Her understanding of our company's process result in high-quality business-client communication and assistance.
